We offer a flexible approach to achieving these professional awards
thus suiting those with team leadership management roles. Evening
workshops covering management core skills are organised to support
learner development, while work based assessments are arranged in
conjunction with employer and candidate schedules.
GHQ operates a roll on roll off enrolment system so candidates may
start a programme at any time of the year.
Following initial assessment, an individual learning plan is negotiated
with the learner, course tutor and employer. Candidates must be
in an appropriate job role to ensure qualification criteria is met.
